how can i make a pic black & white with adobe imageready?
I think grayscale would work, but I'm not sure if that is what it's really called.

Image >> Adjustments >> Desaturate
Image >> Adjustments >> Desaturate
or make a new layout and fill it with black, then change the mode to color.
