Can you use Adobe Photoshop to create banners and layouts?

duh. thats what it is kinda made for. to design stuff. sry but thats a dumb question

Just about any progtram with the words photoshop or paint can be used to make any graphics.

You can make banners using images and brushes and shtuff. Really, they're quite fun to make.

You can also make things like my sig in there too. With the right colours and a tab of creativity you'll be making some neat stuff.
