my voicemail on my cell phone wont work anymore it brings up this message that says...the person you are trying to call is not aceppting calls at this time message please try your call again later message 23 3gwb I don't know how to fix..can anyone help?????

call your phone from your house phone and as soon as it gets to the answering machine press the astrix or number sign key (i forget which one it is) and then it'll ask you for your password

press it on your house phone when you get to your voicemail and it will ask u for your password...its a method of checking your voicemail from your homephone

can you not get to the settings on your voicemail? like is that the only thing it says?
