on my website if i have a big banner it all ways overlaps my web content is there nay way to keep it for doing so? huh.gif

post up your code. it probably has something to do with the DIV layers.

I'm going to assume that the link in your sig is your website.

Your codes are very messy, which is why multiple things dont work.

Sloppy coding = bad things happen

Put the frame codes (div & iframe etc) after the image.
