Hehe only the few things I know what to do ^^.

Do you use brushes on your picture and then like lasso away the rest?

Like on the one I'm using - yeah. I create two different layers - the one with the picture and the one with the brushes. Then when I put the brushes on it, all I have to do is erase the picture layer around it, and it creates that beautiful abstract artsy border.

Ahhh I thought you did that ^^. Because I noticed it was a brush used so I thought you did it that way ^^ But amazing jobs on the banner =P. Maybe one day I'll copy your style hahaha

But of course I love making a layer first in the background and then overlaying or lightening the picture and try blending a bit ^^

Anyway, I just though of a great way to 'advertise' anime otakus. When one us is working on a banner, why don't we post it in the Digital Art forum for comment/critique? That way the banner will be cooler and people will be interested in AO.

Of course, you don't have to do it for every banner.. it's just a suggestion.
