No, 2 q-tips for 99 cents. The sad part is... people actually bought some. If you click the link again, the quantity is at 492. That means that IF we're counting each q-tip, then they sold 502 qtips. IF we're counting every 2 (total quantity being 500), then they sold 8 batches of 2 qtips... WTH.
