Ok So I downloaded Adobe Illustrator and when I try to extract it my extracting wizard isn't responding and when I try to open the file it automatically closes.
Can anyone help me set it up?

Well I just downloaded it right now but my extracting wizard always does that with Adobe products for some strange reason

she can't re install when she didn't install in the first place.
Where are you getting your downloads that can be the problem?
