Has anyone seen the new seasons first episode ? Where Manny wants to be an actor [ in the show Manny is full filipino ! :D ] She considers liposuction, gets drunk at a party and reveals herself to the new boy on video. And he proceeds to email it to the whole school of degrassi. Baaad Manny. Ooh, and Emma liked the new boy too.

Ashley went to England over the summer [ having promised to Craig she would marry him one day ] and promptly found a new beau, fell in love, e-mailed Ellie the bad news and decided t stay in england. Sucks doesnt it ? Hope he doesnt go off his meds and go crazy.


If yu see the little commercial things, Mr O breaks up with Paige & gives her drugs. Someone gets pregnant, someone tries to kill themselves in the forest, someone OD`s [ i think while trying to kill themselves ] I cant wait. Degrassi is the only reason i watch TV.
What do you guys think of the new seasons ?

I hate Manny (*cough* WHORE). I am disgraced to learn she's filipino (now ashamed). I hate Ashley for leaving Craig like that... very sad

*excited* I had been waiting for the new season forever, and when I watched it last night.... O_O I think this season is going to kick serious ass. Ashley was horrible in my opinion. But I'm kind of surprised Craig didn't go all crazy like Ellie thought he would. I guess we, like Ellie, need to learn to trust him. Yet when I watch the commercials, I can't be too sure. All in all, I loved the season premiere.

I think Spinner is the one thats going to kill himself in the forest. Or craig.

Spinner or Craig are going to be the ones Overdosing with the pills or killing themselves in my opinion .

Who do you guys think is going to get pregnant ? Ashley and Craig had sex. Manny and craig but she aborted it in the other last season . Emmas a virgin .. Liberty and JT ? ..

i don't know who's going to get pregnant. in degrassi revealed it showed JT talking to Toby about him and Liberty's sex life... hmmmm.

I have a feeling craig is going to kill himself cause Ashley found someone else. I saw a commercial on The N and It had someone lying on the floor then droping a pill bottle. You could only see the arm though. And the forest commercial where somone goes to kill themself.

Somehow I knew it was going to be Liberty.

I never liked Liberty's character. I can't really explain why, but I just find her to be annoying as hell.

She's not nearly as annoying as Marco or Paige.

Marco's character needs to be killed off the show, but I guess they wouldn't have their token latino/homosexual.

Paige is a female who's moderately attractive and is do-able. She stays.

^Thanx. Yeah I was shocked when I found out Liberty was the pregneant one. Very unexpected. But then again she was like the only female character who hasnt had any drama/hardships up till that point. So I guess it was her turn. That school sort of reminds me of mine.

I messaged Mannie on MySpace. Her character in the show is really tame compared to how she is in real life.

I don't even know what Marco is anymore. His parents seem to be Italian, but Marco clearly isn't.

As for Paige, she's just...ugh. Not even that attractive. Just an annoying bitch.

Actually Marco is Italian, not Latino... On other news Liberty will have her water broken in Toby's car, and JT resorts to dealing drugs. What more could you expect out of Degrassi??? Talk about a movie for May 2006 is in the works.

They really really exaggerate bi-polar syndrome in Degrassi. But I think its going to be Craig. His character is getting weirder and weirder and Degrassi is going to bring in cooler characters little by little. They do it on soap operas all the time.
