What is a "SE/DB" and what do they do?

and 'SE' stands for split end and 'DB' is a defensive back.

a Split end is a receiver who lines up on the line scrimmage on the side away from the Tight End

a Defensive back generally try to keep receivers from making catches. Safeties, cornerbacks, nickel backs, and dime backs are considered to be defensive backs
