i always made a commitment with my friends back in the day..they shouldnt date my ex's....but they did anyway!

it's not a good idea.. i've been there and done that and it was a disaster .. luckily i was able to salvage the friendship .. but if i could fix those mistakes in the past i would .. but you can't erase it .. =/

noooo thats like suicide. i know my friends an they say what ever i dont have feelings with him and you can do what you want to i dont care and its just a lie. because they do infact still have feelings for that person even though they arent as deep as they once were they wouldnt be albe to see someone other than them with there ex.

i wouldn't do that to my best friend.. but if it was the other way around, it's not that i wouldn't mind, but i'd say i don't if it means that my friend will be happy.

I never thought i would but my best friend started dating this guy i, at the time, absolutly hated. well they only went out for 4 days, and on there first date, i was there & him and i really started to click (it didn't help that she was totally ignoring us, she would barely talk to him or hold his hand) so they broke up & 3 weeks later we started going out, and it's 2 years and 3 months later and we're still going strong. and my friend, didn't mind much b/c she doesn't even count it as a real relationship anyways.

Well normally if I'm single and my best friend starts dating someone, whether I like that girl or not, I leave both of them be. Now if they break up and I realize that I have feelings for this girl, then I'd make sure that the break up was mutual and that my friend would be OK with it. Now if the girl starts coming on to me, I usually stay away, because it's usually just to get back at my friend and make him jealous. I think I just confused myself so I'll stop.

generally as a rule, i'd say no, but there are probably some odd exceptions... ask 1st..

i wouldn't date my friends ex-boyfriend but i'd still be friends with him. dating is just too weird and i wouldnt feel right about it.

I've done it before. My friend didn't mind at all coz she hated his guts. She thinks it's up to me. If I'm happy then it'd alright.

I think this is so wrong, going out with your bestfriends ex, theres like a rule to not do that! but my friend did it to me a few months ago, and now they are over, hah, too bad for them, I was kind of mad about it, but I got over it.
