Can somebody here tell me how to make a frame layout?

Basically make your image first , then use divs/iframes to align it. There are tutorials in cb for making the iframe/div part. If its for xanga theres a xnaga layout tutorial in the tutorial section.

^ Also, to add on to Toya's post, if for a xanga, you can only use divs.
