Technology?
Hmm, I have the iPod 20gb, and I like that one better. Compared to the iPod Nano, it's better (since with the Nano, if you spend $50 more, you can get like 5 times more space.)

ipod. for me. i got a 20gb.

i'd get a ipod nano if it holds more than 1000 songs.

i'm running close to 2000+ songs right now.
mipadi
I have an older 10GB iPod, but it works pretty well, and I really like it. A lot.
azn_at_heart
how much u bought it for?
mipadi
Mine was $299.
Aoiro
IPod Nano, 'cause it holds enough songs, and small enough.
:3
iheartsimba
Nano!
tweeak
20gb. Nanos may be neat, but they're not a good deal. You're paying for the hipness
sadolakced acid
you forgot an option, which i hope kryo will edit in.

''NAZR"

tape a motorola RAZR and an ipod nano together and you get something smaller than the ROKR.

sure the name sucks, but the black RAZR and the black nano together must look sweet.

People will think your a NAZI. Hehe.

How about ROKZR?

Ooo, I like that one.

Of those, Id go with the Ipod. But if I could choose something else, I would.
sadolakced acid
ipod screwed up with the ROKR.

if i'm buying a music phone, at this point, it's going to be a sony one.
Eryi
20GB Color Display iPod, why? 'Cause I own one and I like it a lot.
1000 songs are not enough, for me.
uLoVeMikeRoch
Yeah, just don't get the Rokr or Nano.
azn_at_heart
i found a external hardrive that lets u put mp3 snd others songs from it to the mp3 player like ipod so i say buy that 100gb external hard drive with a ipod shuffle for the cheapest u can get them. (like 100gb of music for bout $250)
salcha
Nano iPod!

*keeps dreaming*
azn_at_heart

I'm just not sure I see the practicality of it. Who wants to carry an MP3 player and a portable hard drive around with them? And how would you power the drive, anyway?

I heard there was a recall on the nanos, so I would go with not that
azn_at_heart
looks like the ipod nano is winning

There's a small percentage of some new ones that have had problems, but they're being fixed for free; newer ones should not have the same problem (it was a materials defect, not a design defect).

i have a shuffle. its not like your carrying two seperate devices. i actually use it cause im an editor for the school yearbook. it comes very handy when i need to take some pictures home and work on them. the shuffle is really extra light. but its not enough for me cause i need more songs. its really great when you are working out though.
azn_at_heart
no a hardrive have batteries and is very small only bout the size of 1 1/2 or 2 psp(s)
coconutter

I think I'm missing something.

Why the need for a separate hard drive? Why not just store all the songs on your computer, and then copy them to the Shuffle when necessary? crazy.gif

Not really an iPod fan although if I had to choose, then I'd say the 20 GB iPod U2 version.

P.S. iRiver for life!

yea, that confuses me too.

cus harddrives either run off mains or USB...
Just_Dream
The iTunes cell phone looks kinda big, imo. I like things small, thin and flat. I'm going witht he nano.. But maybe I'm just another one of those nano fanboys---err---fangirls. lol.

The nano's small enough for me so.. Yea.. that's about it. :]

I hope that someday they'll invent a phone that's the same size as a nano.. *sigh* Haha I wish. :P

Gosh same I have around 3500 songs. For the nano craze...its not too good on the news and papers they said that the screens have problems and the company knew about it. meh whatever people whatever you choose.
lilphoenix
I need a new cellie anyways... [except for maybe when Sony makes one :o)] and I already have an iPod mini. [Discontinued due to the nano. Which by the way has major bugs.]

[100 songs for on the go isn't that bad.]
