It shouldn't have any viruses.
I've tried using PSP9 Trials around the internet and none had viruses, but now I'm settled with the full version.

depends on where its from. if you download a trial from the jasc site, you wont get a virus. but if you download it from another site, where its not the same jasc file (which it probably is, in which its fine), then you wont know until after you've downloaded it.

It's safe I downloaded it a while a go and it didn't give me any trouble
