I'm at my friends house, and i was on her computer, and my friend sent a picture, like the direct IM connection worked, but i could not see the picture. whats wrong with the direct IM? please tell me if you know

That usually happens to me, but only because I use AIMutation. I think you should just close the IM, wait 5 mins, and try again.

We've tried that, but it doesn't work either, this happend like maybe 2 months ago and i dunno and my friend decided she's really getting bugged about it.. we've restarted the computer and all that, the connection is fine, the port is reqular, and her firewall is definitly not affecting it.
