to only have that problem when i was young.. unfortuntley i wish i WAS flat, because having bigger breast is not fun.. you can never wear the right kind of blouses, and guy's are always starring at my chest.. which makes me feel uncomfortable at times, especially the weird looking guy's.. now if the guy is hot i don't mind. hah- ahh to be young again, i want to be a teen again... lol once you hit 23 it's no longer fun :( but yeah i wouldn't recommend stuffing your bra, it's a waste of time.. lol

I've heard chicken cutlettes look natural but that's just nasty.......just get a padded bra or a water bra, etc. It'll look a lot better than stuffing. But IMO, the guy will like you for who you are, don't even bother stuffing

Stuffing is weird. If you're really self conscious about it, they sell bras that make you look fuller. That way, it's not tissues and it's, I suppose, more natural.
If you're a younger teenager, relax! You're still growing. ^_^
