I think they are all equally bad (fake personality, boobs, colored contact, etc) and I know several girls who are way too into it that all they are is fake. It's sickening.
Oh and actually I like fake nails, to an extent. I don't think it looks good when it's extra long or when it's something outrageous and you can tell it's fake. I get them done so they're short and more natural looking.
