Um .. you're most likely to grow if you're getting enough calcium per day.
If you're recieiving less calcium per week, it wouldnt help much.

Well, some people think that milk is disgusting. They say milk should only be for babies because it provides tons of nutrients and there's really no point in drinking it when you're older. It doesn't provide any benefits. But whatever, I drank my milk during puberty while my sister didn't and I'm taller than her. I don't mind. =) I still drink warm milk to help me fall asleep. And the occasional milk&cereal for breakfast.
