it`s not a good idea to say i love you when you hardly even know the girl yet, i can understand "strongly like" but think about it love is a big word I LOVE YOU is for like married couples and all that. this is my opinion tho.

well, maybe you could lessen on the i love you. most of the time, people say "i love you" because it sounds better than "i like you". just say something different as in "im so glad i met you"

it can never be too early to say "i love you". you dont jst start saying it at a specific time in your relationshiop.
![]() you say it when thats how you really feel. but based on what i see, i think your "i love you's" are hollow. |

Dude...you say it when you mean it....but....yeah....ok.....you use the word too easily so I don't think you really mean what you say when you say those three words...

I see a lot of people of my grade or whatnot and they're all "Bob, I love you 4/10/05" or whatever (that was just an example, btw.) And quite frankly, personally I wouldn't want to do that. I mean, love is love and I think you should say it when you feel it, not only because they're your girlfriend/boyfriend. But I see kids saying "I love you" so and so in their profile when they're only going out. I don't even think it's true love.

well they are saying that you are saying 'i love you' too early because you just hooked up w/ the girl and right away your saying 'i love you' -- that doesnt make sence because you just 'met up' with the girl -- like you havent spent enough time to get to know her to love her... it took me about two-three months to say 'i love you' to my bf, it took him even days longer -- it just takes time to love somebody... i mean truely [in my opinion]

say it only when you know you mean it, other than that it's practically meaningless

i think...u should say it only if u mean it. if u meant it then thats good. if it's just out of "respect" u shouldnt have said it at all. it's never to early if ur actually feeling it.

it's your life. you can do whatever.
but, the thing is, "i love you" can be overused to the point where when a couple breaks up with each other, one person might get really really heartbroken 'cause "i love you" could've meant so much to them. no one says "i like you" anymore when they go out with someone 'cause it might not seem strong enough as "i love you", but if you can't decide, use "<3". lol. |

Don't say I love you. I mean, in your profile it's okay to say "i x3 you" or whatever. But don't use the term "love" that loosely. I mean, if you do love her, then it's okay. I mean, you could say "luv" I guess. But "love" has a totally different meaning.
