ok, well just finished a layout and now i have come to this idea of mine. ok well my layout is like a wallpaper with the navigation that i image mapped and i was wondering how can i get my blog in it? and that leads to another question of mine which i dont know if you guys know the answer if you can draw the blog shape of your choice and just somehow save it as a html and add it to your code?
*EDIT ok, sorry i have another question.. ok well how do u get rid of the original navigation and just have the one u made..im sorry if you guys explained it in one of the How to Make Xanga Skin pinned thread but i read through and put all the code experimenting with them but it's not working. |

To move your blog onto the skin, use a div layer.
You cannot save the blog shape a html, but you can put a tranpasrent backing in your div layer.... >.< As for that original navigation question, it is in the how to make a skin tutorial. But I'll give it to you anyway..... CODE <!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<style type="text/css"> .leftmoduletitlebar, .leftmoduleborder, .leftmoduleinterior, table.left, table.left TH, table.left TD, table.navigation, table.footer {display: none;} </style> <!-- end code provided by createblog.com --> |
