like that white thing on the screen that represents the mouse. [in my case silver]

Oh, so you made one...well there is a cursor code somewhere in Xanga Scripts. Replace the link with your own link of wherever you uploaded the pointer image.

that's usually what the cursor files are, but you can have .gif files as well.
