It`s ok... that background was from hobbang.co.kr but it`s still ok.. well the rest looks kinda crowded, i don`t like the bottom scrollbar.. but it`s alright... 6/1o.

looks "unhacked." basically.. defaultish. tell ur friend to get a skin from here. i would have to say.. a 3 or 4.. the color scheme is pretty cute though.
