Im currently having a problem with image coding on my profile that just started happening one day. The <img src=""> code stopped working on my page. All images are turning into ".." when I view my profile.

Ive tried all the variations that I could think of the <img code but they all got the same result.

If anybody knows why this is happening, Id greatly appreciate the help.

I tried, multiple times. Its so confusing because I know a lot about HTML, yet nothings working. One day it just started happening. Like MySpace changed a rule or I messed with something.

Well, if you're using a picture host site like "Photobucket" or "TinyPic" they should have the HTML codes for you to copy/pasta. sweating.gif

Myspace has been doing some strange things lately, I've noticed this too, except it's been doing it to any text links I do.

Did you try FaceBook or any other sites..?
If the image codes work on other sites, then this is definitley Myspace's issue. hammer.gif

Moved to Myspace Support.
It's a little late and pointless now, but whatever.

Maybe you accidentally erased a part of the code or changed something. I just checked my profile and everything is fine.

CODE
<img src="URL" border="0" alt=""/>

That should work. However, it may just be your browser or computer. My images are working, and so are my friends'.

it's probably just a typo. if you do a foreign HTML code on myspace, it turns into two dots. just check to make sure you didn't put <img sr=""> or <img src""> or <img stc=""> or something.
