once you're an official member...go to the url provided above and get a visitor logger...even then, though, u can only view those who are signed in!

i just use sitemeter or something like that. it doesn't give you their exact username but more or less it tells you the webpage (i.e. usually their own homepage) they came from to get to your site. from there you can tell pretty much who's coming to your site to visit.
