 my beautiful camera Sony Cyber-Shot broke!!!!!!!!! nooooo!! my baby...i got no guarantee! problem:Picture lens does not come out all the way.. which produces really blurry pics.. what can i do ...help any suggestions. i bought it at circuit city.. too delicate camera.. i should of bought the Cannon .. well everything works except that the lens doesnt comeout all the way.. |

If as you say it is a mechanical failure within the camera and you have no guarantee I am afraid you do have a problem indeed, since it seems the lense motor is damaged or malfunctioning somehow ^^; .
In any case, check the camera manual and see if it has a "troubleshooting" section and if your problem appears in the list as well as what solution does it offer. You could also check in a photography shop to see where it fails exactly and how can that be solved. |

thanx for your help.. i apreciate..
but i came up with a good i dea.. i called.. the SONY CO. and im very lucky cause according .. to one of the operators.. they told me i have guarantee with them and that.. i can send the camera with them for a new one.. =] sooooooo happy.. so my problem is been solved!! now is just matter of time.. and send the camera.. |

Never buy a Sony. You were right; Canon is the way to go. |

Awesome, problem solved.
So it's just a matter of time now. Canon and Nikon both produce great cameras, so if you're ever looking for a new camera, that's where you would want to look. Closed |
