Thats neat, I think you did really well for your first. Did you make the image yourself? Its kind of pixelated as well.
I don't see anything wrong with the layout, I think you did a splended Job for your first div layout.  Oh perhaps align all the links in the navigation to text-align:left; and take that <center> out of it. Then it will be aligned and perhaps look a little better. Great job

the collum of your image is not good at all. you use lower the brightness to where you can actually see an image. |

Image quality kinda sucks, and then I think you should move it more the right. Also I don't think it matches much. Its ok though .
