you can make the image anywhere happy.gif
and your welcome.

I suggest photoshop more than likely though
I mean some use any paint program even MS paint.

and its not letting meh change px size

k upload the image at http://www.imageshack.us
and near the bottom it has width and height
change those to the same as the image.
