You'd pretty much have to do something like that by hand.
 Make the pictures, link 'em to the profiles... And then paste into Who I'd like to meet. But since it the same thing over&over, you could just be copying and pasting the same thing.

They take images of their friends and turn them into links leading to their friends' myspaces. It's that easy. I don't think he used a generator for that one. To do so, just use the code below:
CODE <a href="LINK TO FRIEND'S MYSPACE"><img src="URL OF IMAGE OF FRIEND"></a> Just replace everything in capitals.

You just find a picture of the friend and crop it out in a program like Paint. Or, you could adjust the width and height of the images to fit your needs like so:
CODE <a href="LINK TO FRIEND'S MYSPACE"><img src="URL OF IMAGE OF FRIEND" height="#" width="#"></a> Just replace the capital letters and the #'s with the height and width you want the image to be. I hope that helped!
