Um hi..at the ripe old age of 36 could i quite possibly be the oldest person in here? ive been peek-a-booing at various help topics (excetera excetera) and notice that the majority of you are young brilliant smart as hades whippersnappers, that not only make me feel old..but apparantly incredibly stoopid as you all know so much about HTML (and such) and are so creative..i just came here at the advice of my 20 year old (gasp! how could i be this old) step daughter for help in making my sparce and unflattering myspace profile a bit more um how you say totally tubular? (oh wait, kids dont say that anymore do they? must get out of the 80's) anywhoo...im fascinated by the HTML stuff, and while ive been patting myself on the back for what ive learned so far ive found that in here what i know doesnt really amount to a hill of ben gay compared to the sultans of skins in here. I know some basic stuff..wait, ill rephrase that..i know how to copy and paste a code given to me from a website..that said, i look forward to getting to know everyone, and learning from all of you in hopes that i might one day have even a semblance of the knowledge that you collectively share.

in so many words..I WANT A GROOVY MYSPACE LAYOUT TO MAKE ALL THE OTHER GERIATRIC MYSPACERS LOOSE THIER TEETH OVER. (bring out the polident!!!)

hey kids ROCK ON

i fully well know the rules..i made sure i had read them before i began...i surely know the "50 posts rule" so i didnt request a layout in the first place...i appologise if you got that impression (tho upon reading back i dont see how) i had however already cruised the layouts available, and have incorporated one of them as my current layout..it is sincerly my hope that i learn enuff in here to perhaps design my own page..but if not, i surely will remember the 50 posts rule..thanks for the info :)

I don't think there are any other active 30-year-olds on cB other than you and Zatanna, but there are a few members in their twenties. :x

You probably shouldn't pay any heed to kids like that one (two posts above mine) since many people treat the newbies like they're totally incompetent idiots, which most of the time wouldn't be wrong, but I can tell you're not one of them. I love your terminology, by the way (i.e. whippersnapper, tubular, etc.); I use those words sometimes, and they make me smile.

Welcome to cB. _smile.gif

Hi mom! welcome to cB! _smile.gif

jk. I'm 18, is that considered a teenager? It doesn't matter, i'm probably one of the meanest kids around here (i'm just like that)... so don't take anything I say personally.

Not legally in the US, though

While it isn't particularly recommended, you can legally smoke though. And far more importantly, VOTE.

Anyway, welcome to createblog! It's interesting to have some more age variation in here.

my my myyyy look at all the cute young people responding to my posts...your parents must be so proud..that whole "respect your elders" crap is really paying off? lol just kiddin...one little girlie even referred to me as mom...thats alright i reckon, just dont expect me to buy you anything, cook you anything..or clean up after anything you mess up..i dont even do that for my OWN kids..so yeah, lol

so, i was just thinkin...i wonder what all of you will be when you grow up? (awww, im thinkin like a mom innit i?) whatever it is im sure somewhere down the line one of you will be some old persons boss..speaking of that, theres plenty of that at my work, while yes, im a supervisor, there is one manager that is younger (much younger) than me....i bought her pimple cream and rainbow bright socks for christmas...she turned around and bought me geritol and a MOO-MOO for my birthday...isnt she cute? (smirk) for those of you that dont know what a moo-moo is..just picture your great aunt..or grandmother in those nightgown lookin things that are as big as a outdoor trashbag and potentially purchased at "tents R us" ..that said, ill quit being an old "biddy" and move on with my life...im not so bad i guess for an old gal..at least im prettier than her HAHAHAHAHA life is good..

chat on intelligent ones...your future's so bright ya gotta wear shades
