couple of simple questions, pic backround, tables, marquee Options

hello.

i need a code to put a backround color on the "View More Pics" section, and if it's possible, to change the text color in that section also.

next... is it possible to put a width restriction for when a friend posts an image it will not expand the comment table.

and lastly, is it possible to have a horizontal scrollbar to view images in while having the images moving left?
