Not changing font size in comments..., How do I.... Options

I got my page to look the way I want it to look except for a few little things...

1. In my comments section, a friend left a comment in font size 5, how do I make it so that the comments can be shown the way a friend posted it in a bigger font size?

2. I don't know what happened to my extended network? It's all white and I can't get it to come back.

3. My latest blogs are off to the right instead of aligned with the extended network box.

4. My "blurbs" section doesn't have a pink background...how do I get that?

If you can help me out with any of the above that would be greatly appreciated! =] I attached what I have in my "About Me" section if you wanna take a look...
