I want to know how to do a layout like this...can anyone show me??

To make a layout like that you will need Adobe Flash...

Well, JavaScript can't possibly be involved in it, since Myspace doesn't allow it.
But anyway, Flash takes a while to learn. Like Fawaz said, you would need to get Adobe/Macromedia Flash -- not the player plugin, but the program itself.
