xanga music, uploading |

i converted my mp3 and tried to upload using www.freewebtown.com and for sum reason it takes forever. i wanted that song for my xanga and this is the only step im having problems with. i have broadband and it was only one small file so im not sure whats wrong. my computer? browser? idk. help please?

well yea uploading music does take a while.. it loads really slowly.. i got dSl and it takes me forever.. its cuz music files are big so thats y it takes a while but just be pacient and maybe go eat something while you wait for it

I've heard that Ripway is good for uploading music. Oh, and how small was the file?

Even when I upload 4 MB files (.mp3 or .wma), it only takes at most a minute. Of course, I uploaded at angelfire.com. Maybe you should try that. Or perhaps their server is down? Upload at angelfire! :D haha
Oh yea, and I have DSL internet, so I mean I guess that's why it's fast? *shrug* |

Upload at angelfire! :D haha Oh yea, and I have DSL internet, so I mean I guess that's why it's fast? *shrug*  I had angelfire for a few years already and yes i agree it's good too...but they closed my site down cuz i uploaded music on it...haha busted.... ..ripway is good too but they don't allow u to upload songs more than 5MB and they have this bandwidth thing which kinda sucks cuz after u listen to ur music for a while then it goes down.....and it won't go back up till ur bandwidth goes down ur required limit.
