okay, it's my first time to install the new layout into my Livejournal, but it didn't work very well. I followed the instruction, however, the image was not transferred into my blog, and all the posts were squeezed tightly... buy I don't know why this happened. It's just not matching the example posted by the person who create this layout.

change the journal style from disjointed to GENERATOR.

Go to the modify journal page (http://www.livejournal.com/modify.bml). One of the very first things you'll see is "Page Layout Style". Under that, make sure all those boxes say "GENERATOR". Then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click the submit button.
