Have you guys ever downloaded songs from itunes to only have them taken away when you sync your ipod? How do I get them back?

Uhm this hasnt happened a lot to me, but im pretty sure you can put them on by going to
file>add file to library>my music>itunes>itunes music and then you can select the songs

no...i mean like the songs are completely gone

Usually if the songs aren't in your iTunes library when you go to sync your iPod it will tell you that there are purchased songs that are no longer on the computer and you should be able to select to transfer them from your iPod to the iTunes.

What Dee said or you can download Music Rescue which extracts the songs from your iPod and puts them on your computer.

um, itunes is F'd up, so if you have previous download history and the downloads arent on your computer, then you are just Fckd.

thats the thing i hate about itunes..

after you get the songs on, put them on a external drive or something for safe keepings..
