Wait, do you mean text effects that will help the text that you have already?

Feedback:
The leaf is distracting to me. Especially how the leaf's stem covers up toe "O" in ".Com", which makes it look very unprofessional. I suggest using an eraser tool or some sort to make it look like the leaf blends in with the negative black space. Another thing you may want to fix is the Drake image you chose. It looks like it's in a low quality form. You should try making it more smoother.

why'd you choose this picture? why are you so obsessed with over tracking your fonts for no apparent reason? once again your self advertising at the bottom is more dominant than half the real information.

Different is good, but not if it compromises quality. The quality of your work is terrible, and no matter what advice we give you, you'll still go back to your old ways. There is no other way to describe you other than "A lost cause."

Also: http://dailygrammar.com/

And I don't see why anyone would pay for this. All your work looks the same. Same fonts, same layout, same mistakes.

Imo I think the picture should be a tad wider (cover more of the top)
And the font a little darker with the leaf more visible.

Some may disagree on this, unless someone else said all these and I'm just being retarded today

So your only rebuttal was for my comment on how terrible your spelling and grammar is?

I don't feel better over any kind of spell checker, I feel better because I don't have any trouble reading what I type. It's not about elitism, it's about legibility.

The number of your clients doesn't equal how great you are at designing. We're designers, not clients. If you're going to show us a piece for critique, take our opinions like a bloody man. We won't give you a break because we know how to use Photoshop already. Like I have said before, if you can't take negative feedback, don't ask for any at all.

You have been given plenty of invaluable advice. You don't follow it or even acknowledge it, so don't bitch about all the "dumb remarks". If anything, you bring it upon yourself. If you made the effort to actually improve your skills before coming here and posting such shitty work, maybe you won't get so much flak from everyone. Want to cry about it? Go to another forum.

I'd explain what JC is trying to get out of you when he asks you for reasoning but I doubt you'd understand or care since you only seem to focus on the monetary aspect of design. Now we all know that the truth hurts but you need to calm your shit and stop being so defensive.

sorry i dnt butt fcuk my designs before posting them... i dnt cradle them liek a baby and breast feed them like some of you on here .... im a hip hop artist who happens 2 do graphic design, it is/has been established in the beginning... i do it as hobby and happen 2 get paid 4 it, you act like my whole life revolves around graphics and im gunna spend all my time to revamp my shyt to make it perfect...NO.. i have better shyt 2 do ... how do you make profit on what you do? Make the client happy, which seems 2 be working pretty well on my side of things, "you guys" use graphics as a job/ main source of income/ or a REALLY big hobby, so its understandable the time you put into perfecting ur stuff, but once again i state for me it is a "hobby, which happens 2 bring in money"

Want to know how much I make a year off design? $800. You know what I'm able to do with that money? Nothing. It goes towards bills.

I don't make things look good because it's a big hobby or a main source of income, I make more money in a month playing at local venues than I do drawing for a year. I make things look good because that's what my clients want. If my clients want quality, they'll get quality. I'm sure your clients expect the same.

LOl right. because I know nothing about hip hop. Because I mean it's impossible, since you think that you sound good, that you actually sound like every mysapce kid using shallow lyrics and over used beast. And since I question the quality of your raps this must mean I know nothing of the subject because, once again, you like it so it must be f*cking amazing.

Well Jay-z good luck with that mind set.

then why the f*ck do you post here? stop posting your shitty stuff if you don't want opinions. you say you aren't going to perfect or fix shit, then why make topics asking what to fix? what the hell kind of criticism do you want? what kind of responses do you want? us to tell you it looks good? it doesn't, none of your shit looks good, that's why we keep giving suggestions. doing graphic design that looks good is not a quality exempt from the "hobby" category. not only professional designers can care about aesthetics. if you are doing graphic design, the natural f*cking implication is that you would care about aesthetics.

stop being such a douche, you're the one who chooses to post here and ask for advice, we give it and you start crying and/or blame every single thing on your clients. "my clients told me to that". does that mean it's not changeable? you don't think your clients would want you to change something for the sake of them getting a better design? if your clients are not flexible whatsoever, then once again, why the hell post here asking for changes you can make?

lastly, i ask why because design has a f*cking purpose. believe it or not this is not an arbitrary little thing with no rhyme or reason. if you want to get better, you'll take this piece of advice:

FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION

if you don't want to get better, which seems to be the case since you just cry and tell everyone to shut up when they give you actual tips or try to help you improve, then leave.

oh yeah, and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letter-spacing

you over do it for no apparent reason in just about every design, but i'm sure that it's just what your client told you to do anyway right
