Okay, my friend has all of dragonball z and gt and dragonball the original. How much do you think they are worth, at least 600?
for DBZ Episodes: Episodes 1-53 are dubbed by pioneer and 54-276 are dubbed by funimation (uncut).
Dragonball GT (DBGT) Episodes (all1-64) INCLUDING LOST EPISODES

They, as well as anything else are only worth what someone else is willing to pay for them.
............... Oh man, let's not get all philosophical about it.
lol
Anyways, wtf why does your friend have all that?! o__O" If he collected so much, he should just keep it. I don't even know anyone who still likes/watched DBZ anymore. I think 600 is way too high, since it is used - is it on DVD or VHS? Plus you can still get some, if not all, of the lost episodes online - like, literally BUY THEM online new or something. Maybe worth $100-$200 at most, depending on the condition AND what format they are in (preferably DVD), but that's just my guess.

Are they packaged? Or are they bootlegged?
We have up to season 7 of DBZ, since they starting selling sets by season (Season 8: Babidi & Majin Buu Sagas, comes out 2/10/09). I've heard/read that Dragon Ball is next up for similar releases.

Hmm. Maybe hang on to them for a few more years? DBZ was a big hit I'm sure you can get a lot of cash for it. I mean like a complete set of anime that was recently released is usually like $100 for a season box set. I remember Fruits Basket was about $120. Anime is so expensive. D:
