Its because of the size font that your friends used... your comment table is set at a defalt size, so there for the words will be squished together

just use the 'commonly used fonts' list, and find the font you want and replace your html assigned font w/the one you want. or, in the worst case, view the source of your friends page. however, this is really frowned upon. just ask your friend what font they used. it's much easier. =]
