This is directed the women of Createblog...mainly.
A friend of mine and his girlfriend broke up this past week. Before I get into the details of the break up lets consider something -They do not go to the same college and are a few hours away so, this relationship's survival depended on the phone during school days. Now, Their recent break-up was because she said she wasn't happy and jsut wanted to hang out with her friends, which is fine imo, but in a guys mind that more than likely means she just wants to date other guys because he's not local. A few days later afterwards, she they talked about it and she claims that she doesn't want to date anyone else but doens't want to be with him at the same time. The past few days he hasn't really heard from her. The reason I bring this up is because I seem to get hit with this everytime I start to become interested to a girl and express my feelings for her. The last time I dealt with this the girl said "I would be the perfect boyfriend, but she just wasn't ready for one anymore" I guess my question is how can you like/love someone and not want to be with them at the same time and what does this really mean when you say this? |

For some strange reason, I get the drift you're replacing yourself by using friend in this story.
*My girl breaks up with me* *Goes to CB and make to make a topic* "So um I got this friend...." Nah but seriously, It sounds like she like someone else at the same time she liking her friend, and if the other situation don't work she going to run back tor your friend as a backup plan. That's my philosophy. If a girl does that to me, I'm going to just leave her and move on. I can't be wasting my time like that. She should know if she wants to be with me or not. |
