I did some research for you.
You might want to go to the doctor because you might have an infection, at least for the blood in the semen part. You should really get it checked because thats what about 2 resources suggested you do. |

Im never going to a doctor in my life. They play with my balls, make me cough and shove needles in me that they call immunizations but just give me the disease itself.

I know. But apperantly my immune system isn't very strong and I got the disease. It happened to my brother to. And I knew of several people that gave their kid's immunizations when they were like two and suddenly they just stopped developing and learning and got autism.
