I've been talkin to this girl over the Internet for a while now. I think for like 4 months now. I started to find out we have a lot in common. I want to be more than friends but it wont be easy because she lives so far away.
Do you think it is possible to have a long distance relationship with a person you never seen face-to-face? |

Yes, it's probably possible but is it realistic? I think that maybe you should at least see her or talk to her (not online). Either see her with the webcam I guess, or talk on the phone. Either way, I think in general internet relationships and long distance relationships are really hard so maybe you should just stick with being friends that will hopefully meet sometime soon. Then take it from there.

It's not realistic. I believe that ppl can have long distance relationships, but only when they've met and spent some time together beforehand. Internet relationships are definitely not practical.

u need a visual and an audio. actually talk to her. over the phone, over a mic, whatever. and if u can webcam, that's even better. personally, i don't trust internet relationships without those. cause it's potentially dangerous. but it's all cool i guess in some situations.

I don't really believe in internet dating. Friendships, yes, but not dating. Stay her friend. If you two are really meant to be then something will work out eventually.
Friendships really can happen over the 'net though. I've met more than a few of my 'net friends, and grieved over the death of one from the tsunami (I miss you, girl). |

it's not possible to have a true, meaningful, long distance relationship with someone you haven't met face to face...
it's so absurd, you don't know who this girl really is, she can be sweet to you but she can really be a weird psycho...just stay friends and nothing more |
