.... I've been updating my website nowaways... but i can't seem to find a place where they tell me HOW to change the color of my scroll bar. The one to the left and also the one near the bottom. I'm sorri if this was has been posted earlier but if u dunt mind... plz leave sum advice/suggestions

use this:

just change the '#000000' to whatever color u like. but leave the # there.
