CS3 help!, won't work on new laptop |

I recently bought a new laptop (a dell that has vista) and installed photoshop CS3 on it. When I first ran it, it asked for my serial number and then froze. Now everytime I open it, it doesn't respond. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it keeps doing the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks!
and btw, sorry if this is in the wrong category! I didn't know where else to put it. |

Okay, first of all you should always give your Computer Specs for laptop/computer problems. And did you read the system requirements?

clean the registry too before you reinstall.
wincs3clean if it asks what level you want to run it, type 4 to get rid of all adobe stuff. |
