no there is a way... i have been asking people who have been posting them and one of them gave me a code.. i havent tried it yet but try it =]

<body background="PUT THE COLOR HERE">

try putting in a color code but i wud prolly suggest going in paint and putting a color there then save it and go on tinypic.com or photobucket.com and then get the img and putting it there if the color code doesnt work....
but just try that code... otherwise sorry i dont know ! =]

bc i can put a layout in a bulliton to get that background but then the whole bulliton turns into a layout... and its just a mess

ok this is the code she gave me and it works for me... and thats her background she has..... if this is the kind of background ur talking about...

^I know you can use that code to put a background, buts he just wants a normal color from waht I can gather.

I think she wants it in the actual bulletin as well.. pinch.gif

I suppose we can wait for her to come back..
