Can you post your tracker id? For example, when you click the tracker link at the top of the page, you see this URL after the redirect:
http://www.createblog.com/tracker/index.php?id=####

The number at the end is your tracker id.

Ah, okay, can you edit the settings so it's public?

http://www.createblog.com/tracker/edit.php?id=78616

Change first option to "public" - you can switch it back afterwards if you want, but for now it'd help if I could see the statistics.

I have been getting the same error got several weeks now- I can't remember the last time it assigned a picture and name to an IP address. Lately, everytime I try to identify someone, I get "bad query." A FEW times I have been able to assign a friend ID - but it will not assign their display name or picture, just the ID number. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Oh, okay, I see what the problem is now. sad.gif

Unfortunately this definitely isn't the first time I've seen this issue happen with the tracker, and without our webmaster here (he's been absent for a while) there are no real answers. =\

Sorry, I hate to give that answer, but you can set your tracker back to private now. I'll be sure to point this out to Jusun when I'm finally able to talk to him again.

I just saw the tracker appearance had changed. I tried to identify one person and I could. His name showed up. His pic hasn't showed up yet but I'm glad at least his name is there! biggrin.gif

Thanks!

His picture won't show up if the site that you (or someone else) identified him from doesn't have a picture.

yeah, i know but he does have a pic. Btw, i just got that Bad query again and couldn't identify the second person. sad.gif
