Oh this nice. I think this should be in the Art forum but it doesn't matter.

I wish I could paint better. Great job thumbsup.gif

Why would this be in the Art forum? She's not asking for artistic advice; she's completed her art works, and now she's showing it off.

I have no idea what the background is in the first painting, but the second one is nice.

They're ok. What colors are you using to darken the paint?

the only thing that bothers me is in the second one...
see the bottom left corner? there's a weird light spot...assuming it's some sort of reflection from a light source? it doesn't seem like it belongs there...but i could be wrong. maybe it's because that corner just isn't as dark/detailed...i'm not sure.

I love the rug/mat thing in the second one. Very detailed!
These are nice, with a bit of improvement they could be great.

You just started? Those looks like professional paintings, especially the second one. I like the details that you put in them.

They show absolutely no use of color theory. To darken paints add the complimentary color, not black. Black should only be used if the object is actually black. Try not to outline to much as well. Objects don't have an outline, they aren't all dark around the edges.

These are amatuer at best, keep practicing.
